CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Northeast Aviation Team Leader to join our Infrastructure - Aviation Team at any of the following office locations: Albany, NY; Providence, RI; Rochester, NY; Columbus, OH; or Cleveland, OH. This position offers fully remote capabilities; however, occasional on-site responsibilities may be required if you are located near a CHA office. YOUR IMPACT Every airport, regardless of its size, depends on a unique set of facilities and infrastructure to meet the specific needs of their community, stakeholders and partners. The CHA team excels in delivering specialized airside, landside, and facility-related planning and design. We bring a wealth of experience to our aviation clients so they can continue to be viable assets to the communities they serve. Project Team Leaders play a critical role in the execution of high-quality projects that support the needs of our clients. The Project Team Leader is responsible for overseeing both technical staff and those in project management roles to include reviewing appropriate staffing levels for the forecasted work, resource leveling, staff engagement, technical excellence and quality, and all operational activities so the team can function at an optimal level. This individual is also responsible for the development of the staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget. This individual will be measured relative to the team's project net revenue, project PF compared to budget, and expenses, as well as other metrics such as utilization and voluntary turnover. Additionally, as a Project Team Leader at CHA, individuals will also be expected to directly manage projects of varying size and scope. Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required
SALARY RANGE: $157,200 - $193,800 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
