SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Sr Managing Director - PCM to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. In conjunction with Wealth leadership, the Sr Managing Director of Private Capital Management (PCM) is responsible for helping lead the firm's overall strategy, vision, and growth. The Sr Managing Director - PCM will help represent the firm's wealth management offering in specifically defined markets to Bank employees, Schwab Advisor Network Financial Consultants and PCM clients and prospective clients. The Senior Managing Director is responsible for helping to manage the firm, helping set overall Wealth strategy, and for executing the marketing and sales strategy in defined markets to achieve the overall goals of the firm. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a private office. Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. TRAVEL Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed. In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $198,552.00 - $317,168.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
