Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Officer to manage officer schedules across multiple store locations. This part-time role is critical to ensuring all shifts are fully staffed and officers arrive on time, contributing directly to the success and reliability of our daily operations. Duties/Responsibilities: * Coordinate and maintain accurate officer schedules across all store locations. * Ensure all locations are fully staffed with appropriate coverage at all times. * Monitor and follow up to ensure officers consistently arrive on time for their shifts. * Prepare and finalize monthly schedules at least 2-3 weeks in advance. * Submit finalized schedules to the internal scheduling team within the required timeline. * Proactively adjust and communicate changes in scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to coverage. Qualifications
Previous experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or administrative support preferred. * Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. * Excellent communication and follow-up skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. * Proficiency with scheduling software or Microsoft Office tools a plus. |
