Originates and develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquires and analyses data to determine failure trends. Conducts analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for a particular situation, with consideration given to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs and weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment. Determines cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliable processes/equipment to avoid failures. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. Required Education/Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Associate's degree. * 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience. * 5-10 years in a leadership role. Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
* CMRP or other Reliability certification preferred. * Predictive Maintenance (PdM). * Precision Maintenance. Job Responsibilities:
* Abide by company and worksite safety policies to achieve a "Safety First" workplace. * Acts as Change agent in development, communication, and training for plant in the Continuous Reliability Improvement Plans. * Measure, report, and communicate CRI performance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Provide direction in technical matters to maintenance technicians and supervisory personnel. * Troubleshoot Extrusion and other areas of operation and equipment to maximize asset reliability and efficiency.
