JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Focus on waste handling equipment (shredders, compactors, bailers, conveyance, etc.)
* Coordinate installation with General Contractor(s)
* Installation of equipment
* Commissioning of equipment
* Training on equipment
* Proceduralize operation of the equipment
* Documentation of process / waste flows
* Coordination with site waste collection vendor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required. MBA preferred.
* 4 - 7 years of experience as an Equipment Project Manager
* Pharmaceutical waste equipment experience
* Proven project management skills preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in systematic problem solving & process improvement methods preferred.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills; good presentation skills preferred.
* Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in Excel required.
* Able to develop & manage action plans to achieve targets required.
