Job Summary |
Auburn University's
College of Liberal Arts is currently in search of candidates for a
Student Services Coordinator I/II. The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating communication, projects, programs, and activities within
CLA Student Services, including recruitment, academic advising, and career services.

Essential Functions |
- Assists students, prospective students, and other campus visitors by providing a welcoming environment and information relevant to the college, academic program, and/or student services
- Manage various functions for student employees within Student Services such as (but not limited to) scheduling, daily tasks, and training
- Coordinates college and department recruitment visits and activities related to the recruitment of new students
- Supports activities and programs within academic advising and career services
- Develops informational materials and content relevant to students, alumni, and other college stakeholders such as (but not limited to) brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
- Delivers informational content to students, alumni, and other college stakeholders through various mediums and platforms including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Maintains engagement and communication records utilizing various technological platforms
- Organizes student related programs and events for CLA and Student Services such as (but not limited to) recruitment events, engagement programs, etc.

Level I: Bachelor's degree with no experience.
Level II: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years experience.
Substitutions allowed for Experience:
When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience |

Minimum Skills and Abilities |
Experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area. |
