POSITION SUMMARY: The program is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Research Assistant. Under the supervision of Dr. Natalia Morone, the Sr. Project Manager, and the Research Coordinators, the RA will be responsible for research-related activities such as organizing study materials and other research-related duties, work with research participants as the study progresses, general administrative duties such as assisting with scheduling and other general office duties. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to gain more experience and hone their skills in clinical research. Our main project, OPTIMUM, is a pragmatic clinical trial that is studying a clinical pain management program modeled on Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction in the primary care setting. OPTIMUM is located on the BU Medical Campus in the Crosstown Building (801 Massachusetts Avenue). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is funded by a 5 year grant. There may be opportunity beyond this grant funding for position integration into ongoing operations.
