Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Monthly pricing and product communication to national and local retail chains.
  • Assists KAM's with chain store issues, as needed.
  • Creates, updates and maintains all attributes for products and pricing in ERP database.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Suppliers to ensure accurate product data.
  • Identifies and researches potential issues as they relate to acceptable and accurate margin structure utilizing various systems and analytical tools.
  • Reviews and takes appropriate action for daily and monthly audit reports.
  • Various reporting as it relates to Item Master Data.
  • Responsible for weekly new item process
  • Proactive approach to pricing maintenance, taking pride in checking work, and eliminating errors.
  • Ability to manage the daily pricing requests and high volume of email.
  • Ability to meet regular deadlines.
  • Other duties as they are assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as the general public.
