Delivery Lead Manager

Delivery Lead Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Delivery Lead Manager in Irving, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

• Ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Lead modifications and enhancements related to DevOps to fully automate the deployment and validation process for large-scale enterprise projects.
• Create architectural blueprints and standard frameworks for modernizing monolithic applications, with domain expertise in insurance platforms.
• Design complex applications and oversee the entire development process to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and perform code reviews for team members, and mentor new talent in both functional and technical skills.
• Provide root cause analysis and solutions during outages and application issues.
• Meet SLAs and develop process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing programming languages, including VB.NET and ASP.NET;
• Utilizing DevOps tools to maintain and manage CI/CD pipelines for applications;
• Insurance Industry experience in Claims domain to build features for insurance applications;
• Performing database design and support using Oracle Version 9 or above to design or support a backend transactional system; and
• Utilizing application monitoring tools, including Datadog, Splunk, and Server health monitoring to support application availability to users.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing programming languages including ReactJS, Spring Boot and Java;
• Utilizing Agile methodology, including Jira or Version One; and
• Utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) package development for applications.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
