The Campaign Lead Senior Manager will design and govern the full lifecycle of GTM marketing campaigns into the Avanade mid-market across assigned regions/areas and global GTM leads. They will align the marketing campaign lifecycles and CTAs to optimize the generation of market demand and the mid-market reach of the Avanade brand. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, planning, developing, and overseeing the implementation of global integrated, enterprise-wide multi-channel sales and marketing programs that align to geographic and portfolio/technology GTM priorities.
- Apply strategic program development, advanced project management and stakeholder management skills to oversee data-led design and execution of all programs and campaigns from inception to completion.
- Work with a team of campaign managers within M+C and interlock with a variety of internal, cross- functional teams, including but not limited to Avanade Client Solutions, the Growth Office, M+C Technology Marketing, Alliance Marketing as well as partner marketing stakeholders from Microsoft and other priority partners. '
Strategic Program Design and Campaign Planning:
- Responsible for the specification and execution of the work that contributes to annual global demand KPIs of 1000 net new logos, $2Bn direct originated pipeline and $750M sales.
- Work with assigned domain Marketing on planning, designing, and scheduling the implementation of data driven enterprise-wide demand programs, campaigns and events at scale as defined in the go-to-market (GTM) blueprint that will drive pipeline outcomes in the mid-market.
- Leverage the Digital Demand Center, Sales and Alliance activity when planning and designing the GTM Blueprint campaigns specifically for the mid-market, understanding complex buyer needs and journeys. You must demonstrate a deep understanding of driving mid-market demand based on market and client segmentation, including but not limited to client and whitespace characteristics, TAM, demand flows and lead conversions journeys and optimized routing.
- Coach and work with the M+C campaign managers to deliver the campaign design and their ability to coach/support regional field marketing professionals
Campaign Design and Execution:
- Oversee the campaign managers in campaign design and development, integration with Digital Demand Center, Client Solutions, Sales, M+C Technology Marketing and Alliance teams and ultimate campaign execution
- Work with Demand Practice Lead and the Data Automation lead to optimize the Intelligent Marketing Vision within our GTM campaigns. Specifically, the requirements to be data and technology first including, but not limited to, the deployment of workflow automations leveraging agentic AI and other technologies and the scale deployment of intelligent triggers and alerts to both teammates and clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of the client and whitespace prospect database and how to optimize its targeting with our communication and demand generation programs to achieve growth objectives.
Alliance Marketing:
- Align with Alliance Marketing in M+C Technology and Microsoft to plan, design, and execute the domain-specific GTM Blueprint
- Ensure sales enablement is optimized through interlock with the Sales Activation team to ensure our sales community are aligned to our GTM demand generation activity
Management:
- Oversee the work delivered by operational campaign management (campaign development and centralized paid media execution)
- Owns the performance measurement efforts, and reports on campaign results via sales pipeline and other defined metrics in partnership with analytics resources. Focused on continual improvement for the GTM effectiveness across buyer needs, channel and content strategy.
- Coordinate communications/updates to key stakeholders on in-market activities
- Accountable for program and campaign budget management and reporting including partnering with M+C Technology Alliance role re associated alliance campaign development funds

Deep marketing knowledge and industry experience with ability to serve as a strategic marketing advisor in meetings. -
Full-funnel marketing experience and skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including events, social media, email and direct mail. -

Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels. -

Experience with Microsoft 365. -
