At Kyndryl, our Network Services team is looking for a skilled and motivated Network Monitoring Team Lead to oversee the performance, reliability, and evolution of our enterprise monitoring systems. In this role, youll lead a team of engineers supporting Network Monitoring Systems (NMS), ensuring visibility and uptime across complex environments. Youll work with advanced tools like Broadcom DX Suite, IBM SevOne, and AIOps to deliver real-time insights and proactive performance management. Youll also collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to maintain a highly available network infrastructure, while mentoring your team and driving daily operations to successful outcomes. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $96,840 to 183,240 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California:$106,080 to $219,840 Colorado: $96,480 to $183,240 New York City: $115,680 to$ 219,840 Washington: $106,080 to $201,480 Washington DC:$106,080 to $201,480 This position will be eligible for Kyndryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
