We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our Webex Customer Experience Solutions Business Operations team. This role plays a key role in business analysis and planning for OPEX and COGS budget. This person will be responsible for maintaining a regular cadence for budget management as well as managing ad hoc strategic initiatives for budget optimization. The role will involve collaboration across teams, particularly with Finance, and cover areas including P&L, margin analysis, and OPEX & COGS management. This area includes operations across Contact Center and CPaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis and financial planning for business unit costs.
  • Perform monthly reviews and deep-dive analyses into specific financial and business areas to support business growth
  • Kickstart projects based on insights derived from financial and operational data.
  • Manage OPEX and COGS, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Work closely with Finance and Workplace Technologies Strategy & Planning team to align financial strategies, interlock processes and develop dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and agree on action plans.
Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu
  • 7-10 years of industry experience in problem solving within financial analysis, data analysis or analytical roles
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, proficiency in data analysis tools Excel required), and financial modeling techniques
  • Ability to interpret and examine data to generate business insights
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to work across teams and drive initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate discussions and alignment
Preferred Skills & Qualification
  • Master's Degree or equivalent additional experience
  • Background in finance or analytics is preferred in a related high-tech field
  • Works independently and delivers actionable recommendations based on data
Compensation base range for those located in NYC Metro or the SF Bay Area is: USD 143400 - 154700 - 185500
