*Position Type*: W2 *Location:* Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week) *Level:* Entry to Mid-Level *Experience:* 5-6 years general professional experience *Overview:* The Office of Enterprise Resilience is seeking a detail oriented and proactive *Third Party Vendor Risk Analyst Consultant* to support vendor risk management efforts. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills who are eager to contribute to enterprise resilience initiatives, including vendor risk, IT disaster recovery, and business continuity. *Primary Responsibilities:* *Vendor Risk Assessment (40%)* * Conduct risk assessments of all new and existing vendors in compliance with *client *standards. * Analyze vendors' financial stability, business continuity, IT disaster recovery, data security, regulatory compliance, and operational capabilities. * Develop detailed vendor risk profiles and classify vendors by risk level. * Document and report findings to the enterprise risk management and purchasing departments. *Facilitate Vendor Risk Acceptance Process (20%)* * Manage the risk acceptance process for high-risk vendors. * Prepare and present risk acceptance documentation for internal review. * Track and document decisions and ensure follow-up actions are implemented. * Share information internally about vendors with medium/high risk and those granted risk acceptance. *Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting (20%)* * Continuously monitor vendor performance and risk profiles. * Generate regular reports and dashboards on vendor risk status and key indicators. * Track compliance with mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of issues. * Maintain a centralized repository of assessments and decisions. *Internal Collaboration and Support (20%)* * Collaborate with procurement, legal, IT, cybersecurity, and other departments. * Provide support and training on vendor risk management processes. *Required Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. * Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills. * Proficiency in risk management tools and data presentation. * Experience with manual processes, outreach (calls/emails), and documentation. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience evaluating vendors from a risk management perspective. * Familiarity with *Moody's Supply Chain Catalyst*, *RSA Archer*, and *Asana*. * Professional certifications such as *CBCP* or *ICS/NIMS*. * Experience in financial services or technology sectors. * Master's degree is a plus. * Background in crisis management is a bonus. *Interview Process:* * 1 step remote video interview with the Enterprise Resilience team. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
