Requirements
* No time off during training * Must be able to complete (independent) training assignments in timely manner * Ability to use hard-wired ethernet connection * Available for full schedule range *Monday **through Saturday* (7:45AM to 8:15PM)* o Saturdays shifts only available during open enrollment (OEP) o *Schedules may change to accommodate OEP, must be flexible! * Must be able to work OT during OEP (November through January) * Comfortable with assisting customers via both phone and chat o May be put on special projects that require some outbound calls * Ability to trouble-shoot their own issues *Job Description* * Speaking to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility. * Assisting consumers with account creation and account management and resetting passwords. * Must be comfortable with rapidly changing environments and being available to work on special projects as needed. * Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers. * Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries * Updating billing and payment preferences. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
