Requisition ID req33524 Working Title Student Recruitment Specialist Position Grade 12 Position Summary The University of New Mexico's El Centro de la Raza seeks a Recruitment Specialist to work with the High School Equivalency Program (HEP) and the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP). This position involves recruiting and supporting underrepresented student populations, specifically migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families, to earn their high school equivalency diploma or successfully navigate their first year of college at UNM. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
