Position Summary

The
UNM IT Networks Voice Team is seeking two responsible, detail-oriented student
employees to support telecommunications services including voicemail,
long-distance codes, and other voice-related tasks. This role requires a
foundation in basic computer skills, experience with Windows, and excellent
communication and customer service abilities.

The
ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working
independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable interacting
with a diverse University population and be willing to assist with various team
projects and physical tasks, including equipment transportation and inventory
management.

Duties and
responsibilities include:
Processing Telecom related ticket including adding/removing voicemail boxes, long distance codes, and other Telecom services.
Assistance in maintaining inventory counts and organization.
Assistance in coordinating delivery of Telecom equipment to users
Other Duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
