The Job

To support internal departments and vendors by streamlining operations, analyzing data, and managing sales tools and processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role ensures accurate reporting, supports compliance with healthcare regulations, and drives efficiency in sales processes to help the organization grow membership, and achieve revenue goals.

You Will



  • Support the end-to-end sales process by ensuring systems (CRM, Marketing Storefront, Electronic Enrollment Platform, OKTA) are properly configured, maintained, and optimized for lead tracking, enrollment tracking, etc.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Support Team, Internal and external reps, vendors - as a subject matter expert.
  • Monitor and coordinate vendor system enhancements and fixes Review and test updates, tracking and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Provide backup support to other Sales Operations Specialists as needed to ensure continuity of service and team efficiency

Your Qualifications



  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience or technical degree
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • PC Skills, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Technical expertise - Basic technical skills for functional area
  • Problem solving - Basic problem-solving skills
  • Communication - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Debugging skills
  • Microsoft Office/Proficiency in Excel
  • Design expertise
