We are currently looking for a skilled Functional Analyst, ERP (Remote - Anywhere in Canada), to join our ERP team. The ERP Specialist - Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering user requirements, and configuring ERP modules to support operational efficiency across departments such as Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business users, this role ensures that ERP functionalities align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Remote work mostly, but the position requires travel to our plants as needed within North America (20-30%).

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

* Conduct business process analysis to identify system needs and improvement opportunities.

* Gather, document, and validate business requirements with end users and stakeholders.

* Configure and test ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, etc.).

* Collaborate with technical team to define system customization, reports, and interfaces.

* Support end users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting.

* Participate in ERP upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.

* Coordinate and execute functional testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).

* Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

* Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned ERP modules.

* Maintain ERP knowledge base and contribute to continuous process improvement.

* Provide end-user support for stabilization purposes when new changes are deployed


Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineer, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

* Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems

* Good knowledge of manufacturing business processes

Experience within the packaging industry (asset)

* Experience with Radius Packaging ERP or Infor M3 (an asset)

* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills along with being flexible to adapt to change
