Position Purpose |
The
Operations Coordinator at the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact (
DCSI) oversees the operational management of the Center's programs, supporting its mission of developing transformative leaders through community-based experiential learning. Including managing event planning, logistics, risk management, student training, and transportation coordination.
They will also oversee the
DCSI vehicle fleet, coordinating driver training, and ensuring compliance with college policies. The
Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining organizational efficiency and ensuring the smooth execution of DCSI's operational needs. |

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer applications (Word, Excel, Internet, Database Management, etc.).
- Interest in and commitment to service, social impact and the common good.
- Celebration of and commitment to inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20lbs
- Valid U.S. driver's license.

- Manages risk management, assessment, student recruitment, training, and reflection.
- Supports and serves as a resource for students in the field.
- Assists in managing student emergencies.
- Develops and executes events, marketing, and outreach to increase knowledge of the Center and social impact opportunities.
