Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Berkeley, MO 63134 Duration: 12+ months assignment with possible extension. Shift Schedule: 1st shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay rate: 44/hour on w2 without benefits Job Description: Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities. Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess the following. Previous HRBP experience (5 years of experience) Strong project management and HR data analytics skills Strong consulting, influence and emotional intelligence skills Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise, and business acumen Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends Experience creating and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders Experiences in hiring/staffing, employee development, performance management and employee movement Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
