The role of an SAE International Aerospace Programs Administrator is a critical component in advancing the aerospace industry through collaboration, consensus technical standards. Working collaboratively to manage and support the activities of SAE technical standards committees and global industry consortia, this position involves working with and assisting experts and leaders from across the aerospace eco-system by facilitating the development and balloting of standards, planning and staffing meetings and conferences in various worldwide locations and working closely with the committee/program leadership driving participation, performance and promotion. This role is part of a closely connected, dynamic and hard-working team that thrives on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a team player with superior administrative skills and the ability to manage excellent relationships at group, individual, and executive levels. They will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for continuous improvement, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on planning and processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
