Pay information



  • Pay Level: 021
  • FLSA Category: Exempt - Salaried
  • Individual pay will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.

A Day in the Life

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Human Resources) is responsible for supporting companywide recruiting efforts by identifying, attracting, and hiring talent that will support strategic initiatives. This role will collaborate with team members and business leaders to develop and drive recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, assess candidate's skills and qualifications, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization has a diverse and high-performing workforce aligned with its goals and values.

Your responsibilities will include



  • Sources, recruits, screens, and interviews candidates to fill organizational roles in a timely manner while remaining up to date on external staffing trends.
  • Handles the full recruitment life cycle including candidate sourcing, scheduling of interviews, gathering necessary paperwork, preparing and extending job offers, and supporting any onboarding functions.
  • Evaluates applicants based on application documentation or other pre-screening methods to determine an appropriate pool of qualified candidates for specific openings.
  • Consults with hiring leaders to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.
  • Partners with hiring leaders to move recruitment forward efficiently to prioritize the candidate experience.
  • Gains and maintains knowledge about the various departments throughout the organization, knowing their internal workings and overall purpose to understand true qualification needs for candidates.
  • Understands the overall organizational strategic workforce needs and proactively addresses talent gaps and risks. Identifies alternative enterprise job openings for those applicants whose credentials correlate to a different job posting.
  • Works closely with leadership and other human resource staff to provide education on best practices and builds awareness for sound recruitment processes.
  • Utilizes metrics to determine trends and needs in staffing and recruitment. Communicates and/or helps to interpret the results to leaders.
  • Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.


What you need to succeed



  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field-or bring a strong combination of education, experience, and training that equips you for success in this role.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or a related field-and if you've led full-cycle recruiting efforts, that's a big plus!
  • You're curious and eager to understand how each department contributes to the bigger picture-and you use that knowledge to tailor your talent strategies.
  • You thrive on building strong, collaborative relationships with leaders, communicating clearly and flexibly to align hiring efforts with business goals.
  • You bring creativity to the table-whether it's through sourcing strategies, social media campaigns, or innovative programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • You're a master of managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping things moving-even when timelines shift.
  • You bring energy and enthusiasm to every search, championing the value of hiring and growing exceptional talent across the organization.


Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards
