THE JOB:

The Engineer is responsible for both predictive maintenance and reactive repairs, including installation work on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the plant and building. This role helps ensure the overall integrity of the facility by keeping equipment and systems running smoothly. All work is carried out in line with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $40.73

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform routine to complex maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems across the property; complete assigned jobs and maintain accurate logbooks.

• Operate hand and power tools to carry out various maintenance tasks.

• Use diagnostic tools like amp meters, voltmeters, and pressure gauges to identify and resolve power and gas issues.

• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics for installation and repair of electrical components.

• Stay updated on technical methods, maintain safety standards, and report unusual conditions to the Shift Supervisor.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ years of prior relevant experiencein the hospitality industry or similar environment
