What's involved in this role: We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator in either our Appleton, WI, Eden Prairie, Le Sueur, MN, Lake Norden, SD, or Jerome ID location. The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in driving an exceptional end-to-end customer experience for Agropur's Cheese division, with direct focus on our two highest-volume plants, Jerome, Idaho and Lake Norden, South Dakota. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Customer Experience leadership, Plant teams, Sales, Quality, Logistics, and Planning, and is responsible for executing key sales transaction workflows, resolving issues with accuracy and urgency, and proactively supporting continuous improvement across the Customer Experience function.
- Oversee and execute customer orders and sales transaction activities with high accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency.
- Partner daily with Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Sales to ensure accurate and timely order entry, shipment coordination, and customer updates.
- Build collaborative working relationships with key plant contacts and Customer Experience team members to manage shared responsibilities across locations.
- Serve as primary backup during PTO and provide support across the Customer Experience team as needed to maintain service continuity.
- Own the resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, or escalations by identifying root causes, communicating clearly, and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to build trust and deliver a consistent, responsive service experience.
- Track, trend, and report customer complaints, service gaps, or recurring issues; escalate and collaborate on solutions as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows and improve customer-facing processes.
- Create and deliver weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Support the Customer Experience Manager on team-wide initiatives, system/process changes, and continuous improvement efforts
What you need to join our team:
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Management, Customer Service or related field is required.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
