Job Description

The Day to Day (Responsibilities):

  • Oversee the registration and logistics for career fairs, including ordering swag and handouts.
  • Coordinate the shipping and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items for these events.
  • Collaborate with talent advisors to identify available job opportunities and provide career fair attendees with tabletop displays showcasing these positions.
  • Collaborate with ambassadors to plan, organize, and implement workshops, events, and TEL informational sessions, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with TEL ambassadors to collect content resources, including presentations and print materials.
  • Maintain internship and ambassador websites.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data related to recruitment events and marketing initiatives. Monitor metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of events and recommend improvements.
  • Track performance metrics for internship programs and provide recommendations for enhancements based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Support the planning and execution of apprenticeship programs, including program coordination.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of internship programs, including recruitment strategies, onboarding, and intern engagement activities.
  • Collect resumes after career fairs, input them into the system, and track high-potential candidates. Collaborate with the talent advisor to identify available opportunities for talent.

Must Haves (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, recruitment marketing, or a related field is preferred, though we welcome applications from recent college graduates who can showcase relevant skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design and marketing tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.

Salary Ranges$21.06 - $28.16

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
