Job Purpose The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key analytical role responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs. This position will also be pivotal to focus on in-depth data analysis, leveraging compensation systems, and managing external vendor relationships. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities Compensation Management
Develops, implements, and administers compensation plans, policies, and programs (e.g., focal review, incentive plans).
Manages global salary survey participation, conducts market pricing, and analyzes data to recommend local salary ranges and increases.
Administers annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, LTI) and reviews proposed salary adjustments for guideline conformity.
Analyzes and recommends actions to resolve compensation-related or market-based issues (base salary, incentives, allowances).
Formulates recommendations for company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and organizational structures.
Reviews statutory requirements governing compensation and recommends appropriate courses of action.
Reviews existing plans and projects related to the overall Compensation strategy.
Collaborates with Senior HR leadership on strategic compensation initiatives and manages salary budgeting.
Partners with the business to ensure understanding of processes, legal/regulatory requirements, and risks.
Compensation System Implementation and Analytics
Acts as a system expert for compensation management systems, understanding architecture and design to build and configure incentive plans.
Collaborates with system vendors to develop and implement compensation plans in a SaaS environment, ensuring functionality, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Identifies enhancement opportunities within compensation systems and partners with IT/HRIS on initiatives, upgrades, and data integrity.
Designs and develops dashboards and analytic tools to provide business insights and educate field HR.
Prepares comprehensive compensation data and reports, develops intricate models, and monitors trends using system data for strategic decisions.
Applies quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify issues, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-driven solutions to total rewards programs, leveraging system capabilities.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field. CCP designation is a plus.
Experience: 6-8+ years in compensation analysis and administration, with expertise in compensation systems and external vendor management. Prior implementation experience with SaaS-based HRIS or compensation platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of compensation laws.

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
