Job Title: Program Manager (PM)
Position Overview:
Quality Innovation Inc. seeks a Program Manager (PM) to provide full-time leadership, oversight, and contract execution support for a large-scale government services contract. This key personnel role is responsible for ensuring successful performance, compliance, and delivery of all contract requirements and deliverables. The PM will lead all contractor staff and serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders for daily operations and strategic coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day oversight for all contract staff assigned to the project.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverables, schedules, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), stakeholders, and technical monitors.
- Manage all operational aspects of the task order, including staffing, scheduling, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and accuracy of all contract deliverables according to the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with corporate leadership, subcontractors, and customer representatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on contract performance, milestones, and issues requiring escalation.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable federal regulations, agency policies, and program goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field or at least 10 years of experience managing Government projects of similar size and scope.
- Demonstrated experience with federal government policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and think critically to address programmatic challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance, if required by the contract
