Job Title: Military Personnel Specialist



Position Overview:

Quality Innovation Inc. is seeking a Military Personnel Specialist to provide direct administrative and personnel support services to military members, their families, civilians, and contractors. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of personnel services across a wide range of military human resource functions. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, operate with precision under established procedures, and exhibit strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Armed Forces personnel, their families, civilian staff, and contractors.
  • Assist customers by advising on eligibility requirements and processing personnel applications to determine service eligibility.
  • Provide documentation and reports in the requested formats using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Execute routine and recurring personnel support tasks using SOPs, with limited adaptation or interpretation needed.
  • Support functions may include:

    • Personnel accounting and IPPS-A administration
    • Soldier Readiness and Reassignment Processing
    • Enlisted Promotions and Personnel Actions
    • In/Out-Processing and Transition Services
    • Pre/Post-Retirement Support
    • Casualty Assistance
    • Manning document review


  • Maintain accurate tracking of all reports and deliverables to meet deadlines and required suspense dates.
  • Refer complex or atypical issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Serve as an alternate ID card operator, including:

    • Processing Common Access Cards (CAC), Teslin, Geneva Convention cards, and ID tags
    • Reviewing, researching, and verifying eligibility documents and entitlements in accordance with regulations and policies





Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior military service or knowledge of military personnel systems is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and established guidelines with attention to detail.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) if required.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with military personnel systems such as IPPS-A or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of Army HR processes and documentation.
  • Previous experience operating DEERS/RAPIDS or similar ID card issuance systems is a plus.
