Job Title: Alternate Program Manager (APM)

Qi2 is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Alternate Program Manager in response to a competitive government proposal. All positions are contingent upon contract award.

Position Overview:

Quality Innovation, Inc. is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support the Program Manager and assume full responsibility during the PM's absence. The APM will assist in managing contract operations, personnel supervision, and performance oversight to ensure continuity of services and compliance with all contract requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the acting Program Manager when the PM is unavailable, with full authority to manage all aspects of the task order.
  • Support daily operational management and ensure compliance with performance requirements.
  • Assist in supervising personnel, monitoring deliverables, and maintaining contract quality standards.
  • Coordinate with government personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill contract expectations.
  • Contribute to preparing and submitting reports, updates, and required documentation.
  • Ensure seamless communication with the COR and client stakeholders on performance and operational matters.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field or at least 8 years of relevant experience supporting Government programs or operations.
  • Familiarity with government contracting procedures, quality control, and personnel management.
  • Ability to step into a leadership role and make independent decisions when required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance, if required by the contract.
