At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

As part of the New Glenn Business Operations and Data Analytics team, you will manage the rhythm of the business and provide performance visibility to ensure the program runs smoothly. You'll apply your analytical expertise, program management skills, and commitment to process improvement to convert data into actionable business insights, ensure oversight of key performance indicators, drive effective decision-making, and advance team effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will possess a keen interest in harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline processes and data insights, with a preference for those who have practical experience in applying these transformative technologies.

As a program focal working at the intersection of program management, engineering, supply chain, and production organizations, you must enjoy a collaborative work environment, solving communication and business process challenges, and storytelling with data. This is a high-visibility assignment that requires attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, and the ability to work under minimal direction.

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

  • Monitor existing metrics and partner with internal teams to identify processes and system improvement opportunities.
  • Innovate to improve team efficiency, value of insights, and customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline.
  • 5+ years in project or program management.
