Intern - Documentation Control Intern

This Documentation Control Internship, this runs through the school year and summer and is local to Phoenix/Tempe AZ. This position is working hands-on within Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel. Create work instructions for new and existing documents.

The ideal student will be in Program Management, Technical Writing, or Marketing.

Essential Functions and Competencies

Intermediate to advanced use and knowledge of Excel (V-Look Up, Pivot Charts) and Word

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Assist with the review of documents.

Assist team members in meeting the following requirements:

Good Documentation Practices

Update Process Data Sheets as needed

Participate in Internal Process Audits

Collect statistical data, analyze as directed

Experience:

Excellent written, presentation and communication skills

Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Education: Program Management, Technical Writing, or Marketing

Geographical Location: Arizona: Tempe

Physical Location: Tempe: Arizona Corporate Headquarters

Shift: 1st Shift

Work Schedule: M-F 15-20 hours per week
