The primary purpose of the NEO-WIN Impact Support Administrator part-time position is to provide student support including but not limited to participant enrollment, direction and communication, support scheduling, support for data collection, organization and other supportive tasks to the vibrant Stark State College Nursing Department's NEO-WIN program and the associated IMPACT evaluation activities as part of a large grant project awarded by the Department of Labor. This part-time position works a maximum of 29 hours per week. This role is a grant-funded position where the grant has an end date of June 30, 2028.

You'll Be a Great Fit If:
- You are a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant and have demonstrated office experience;
- You have knowledge of the Stark State College nursing pathway;
- You have a high level of organization, ability to meet deadlines, and to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- You can prepare correspondence, forms, outlines and reports using Microsoft Office, Banner, and ARGOS Reporting Tool;
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products; and
- You have the skills to perform a variety of routine to moderately complex administrative office functions that require an understanding of departmental or divisional operations and policies with primary support to the IMPACT group working on the national evaluation.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Support student enrollment activities in the IMPACT national evaluation
- Support the NEO-WIN IMPACT Advisors in scheduling students and other activities
- Oversee tracking of student service receipt and participation in supportive services for students participating in the study.
- Provide additional support to the Stark State College Nursing Program's practical nursing staff as needed.
- Maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow.
- Prepare special reports as necessary; research and verify information and data.
- Order and maintain office supplies and prepare reimbursement requests.
- Schedule office, division, and/or department activities and related functions. May make travel arrangements.
To Be Considered You Need:
- To be a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant with demonstrated office experience.
- A high level of organization, ability to meet deadlines, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Associate's degree in office administration or a directly related field.
- A flexible schedule covering hours from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., especially during the fall and spring semesters when the most nursing students are on campus
