Position Summary:

The Administrative Services Job Family Group provides various office and facility support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning and security of facilities. Responsibilities may include protecting the organization's premises from any preventable harm or danger, property management and maintenance of properties, or providing passenger services.

Work You'll Do:

The Administrative Services Intern/Co-op Job Family is a position for someone learning how to perform a role by
observing others in the Administrative Services Job Family Group. Spends time shadowing and learning alongside employees to observe how they do their work. Activities may include noting and observing the employee's responsibilities and what makes up their company role. We are working to get all hard copy documents into our network. This would allow the Baker Perkins Business to be supported by other OpCo's with future plans for Integration. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Aftermarket Sales Reps (ASRs) and Aftermarket Sales Management in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and high volume of tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* PC computer experience, with intermediate skills using all Microsoft Office products (strong emphasis on Excel).
* Excellent attendance.
* Detail oriented.
