Function: Human Resources Job Summary:The HR Operations Specialist II is an intermediate-level professional position which is accountable for supporting the Corporate Human Resources department on a broad range of human resources administration and HR governance processes for the enterprise. This includes the accurate and timely processing of employee transactions in Workday, organizing and monitoring employment law / regulatory and HR policy and business process reviews, as well as vendor management administration and reporting. The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $60,300 - $79,500. The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
