Post Insurance and The Partners Group currently have an outstanding opportunity for an administrative professional to join the Post Insurance team in Meridian, ID.

How you will make an impact at TPG

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our Boise Metro office. In this role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide exceptional support to both our internal teams and external visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to a welcoming and efficient work environment.

A typical day in this role



  • Serve as the main office receptionist, answering and routing calls professionally and greeting visitors warmly
  • Sort and distribute daily mail; manage office supplies and kitchen inventory, notifying supervisors for reorders
  • Coordinate office events and meals; schedule conference rooms and prepare overnight packages
  • Maintain the physical appearance of the office and conference rooms; ensure all office items are in good working order
  • Manage the Certificate mailbox; organize and handle client records, policy documents, and correspondence
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested; manage timelines on assigned projects
  • Schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and manage expense reimbursements for Boise Leadership
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for carriers and office leadership


Key details

Location: Meridian, ID (in-office position)

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:00 pm MT

Compensation: $22-25 hourly, non-exempt (DOE)

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

Travel: None

What you'll bring to the table



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience required; insurance experience preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher/InDesign)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in navigating carrier systems and handling data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
