Job Summary
As the Director of Strategic Revenue Enablement Programs, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive enablement programs that drive revenue growth and align with the company's strategic objectives. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Enablement, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of these programs and support the overall revenue enablement strategy aligned to the growth of NetApp's business. Job Requirements
* Strategic Planning: Execute strategic plans for revenue enablement programs supporting sales and customer enablement.
* Program Design: Create impactful enablement programs and methodologies for knowledge and measurable impact. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with stakeholders to align initiatives with GTM strategy and objectives. * Performance Tracking: Analyze business metrics with Sales Operations, adapting programs to achieve outcomes. * Integration: Collaborate with HR to integrate enablement into professional development programs. * Best Practices: Implement best practices for continuous improvement in revenue enablement. * Budget Management: Manage an annual budget with Finance and Revenue Enablement leaders. * Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and development. * Revenue Portfolio Management: Oversee revenue portfolio management, ensuring alignment with objectives. * Quarterly Execution Process: Manage the execution process for strategic initiatives and track progress. * Technical Knowledge: Understand product development cycle and project management. * Sales Enablement: Design and deliver scalable sales enablement programs. * Budgeting: Develop budgets and predict project costs. * Leadership: Proven track record of achieving outcomes and delivering results. * Change Management: Leverage best practices to enhance team effectiveness Responsibility and Interaction
* Responsibility: Direct activities at a senior level, translating strategies into operational plans.
* Impact: Significant operational and financial impact on function performance and company success. * Interaction: Establish strategic goals and work with senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales leadership is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager is required.
