The Role

Lumen is seeking an experienced, innovative and dynamic Partner Marketing Strategy & Enablement Sr Manager to guide the strategy and execute best-in-class marketing enablement tools, experiences, and trainings for all partner types within the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) sales ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong, proven background in marketing enablement, channel marketing, strategic technology partner and alliances marketing, technology industry, partner ecosystems, excellent messaging, communications and training skills, experience building and managing impactful marketing enablement programs and tools, including program, product and marketing launches.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Develop the GPS marketing strategy and develop and manage best-in-class partner marketing enablement programs and tools for all channel and technology partner types within the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GPS and STP leadership, product management, sales, creative services, and partner teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing enablement programs and tools.
  • Develop and deliver excellent marketing and launch materials, including sales collateral, presentations, social media / digital content, to support Global Partner Solutions marketing efforts.
  • Develop a comprehensive editorial and launch calendar aligned to support the GPS marketing strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing campaign team to drive partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and retention aligned with the GPS marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze strategy, launch, enablement, and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuously optimize marketing enablement and launch strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing and enablement.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategic marketing, marketing enablement, editorial, and launch plans.
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of partner ecosystems and Alliance marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent design skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe suite of tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing communications tools, marketing automation tools, and PRM systems (including Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Marketing or advanced education certifications
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
