ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Support first shift operations by sorting and locating products within the warehouse promptly and accurately.
  • Support MPS Main facility second shift production with warehouse cleaning as primary task.
  • Maintain a pristine warehouse environment by sweeping open floor areas, storage aisles, processing zones, outer perimeter of the facility and other workspaces to remove debris such as sticks, paper, and other refuse.
  • Operate a sweeper truck and other cleaning equipment to ensure efficient cleaning processes.
  • Travel between warehouse locations as part of the daily shift responsibilities.
  • Product Support: Assist first shift staff with sorting and locating products within the warehouse.
  • Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness by sweeping open floor areas, storage aisles, processing areas, outside around the building and other work zones to remove debris, sticks, paper, etc.
  • Equipment Operating: Safely operate floor sweeper truck around open areas of the warehouse.
  • Product Support: Assist second shift staff with sorting and locating products within the warehouse.

  • Acute awareness of surrounding environment
  • Basic driving skills
  • Self-sufficiency


Physical requirements/job attributes



  • Competence in working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Transportation to travel to and from facilities on short notice.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capacity to walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to bend, squat, walk up and down stairs.
  • Commitment to team work.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, and memos. Ability to write legibly and effectively communicate one-on-one.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; bend; and use hands and arms to feel, grasp, reach, and lift. The employee is regularly required to climb stairs, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

This position requires the employee to walk 5 to 11 miles throughout the shift. The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Hours of work: 12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., with occasional mandatory overtime as needed.
