Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Operations Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations Analyze access requests and data to determine proper user provisioning actions Coordinate with application teams and DBAs to define and grant appropriate access privileges Use tools such as Access, Excel, SQL, or ticketing systems to collect, analyze, and report on access data Create and manage queries to pull data from systems and support audit or reporting needs Ensure compliance with internal security policies and standards Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders via email, phone, and meetings to ensure timely access provisioning Participate in ticket resolution using tools such as ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, or PAC2000 Support periodic access remediation efforts and maintain audit readiness May participate in on-call rotation and use of a personal cell phone may be required Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Technology Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education 2+ years of experience provisioning access (creating users, deleting users, granting privileges) on one or more of the following platforms: Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, DB2 Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly engage technical and non-technical personnel Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting Experience organizing and managing large sets of access data and reports Strong project management and organizational abilities Familiarity with querying data from databases (Access, SQL) General database knowledge Experience with MySQL, Powershell, or Python to automate tasks is desirable but not required Experience in customer service-focused environments Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, PAC2000, or similar Ability to troubleshoot technical access issues efficiently Pay Range: $ 31 - 41 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
