Job Title: Financial Center Support Specialist
Summary:
As a Financial Center Support Specialist, you will
utilize your comprehensive understanding of the retail line of business, while
demonstrating customer service excellence, as you support our financial centers
in the areas of procedures, policies, and account opening. In addition to
that, you also assist with projects and other branch administration duties that
further your knowledge and understanding of banking as a whole!
What You'll Do:
A Day in the Life - You support your
coworkers located in the branches by serving as a knowledge base in all areas
of policies, procedures, and account opening. Your expert knowledge and kind support includes advising branch staff on identified issues,
complex customer situations, and educating employees regarding Guidelines and
Procedures. Life-long learning is necessary, as you will continue to acquire
and retain knowledge in applicable regulatory requirements.
What it Takes - To qualify for this role
you must have 2+ years branch experience with
1+ year experience in account opening, advanced knowledge of: BPM, Integrated
Teller, Navigator, Director, bank products and services, Bank Guidelines and
Procedures, financial center operations, and Microsoft Office suite.
Availability to travel to German American locations across footprint as needed.
You must also be able to communicate effectively (written and verbally),
maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information
quickly, apply solid reasoning, lead others with positivity, and work
independently and as a team member.
