Position Overview

The IT Logistics Specialist supports end-user hardware at Exact Sciences by overseeing the inventory, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets. This position supports the efforts to ensure all hardware is delivered, maintained, and distributed in accordance with organizational needs, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

This position is fully onsite in Madison, WI.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordination of deployment & support logistics: Coordinate the distribution and decommissioning of IT peripherals and assets for end-users across multiple sites.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Handle inbound and outbound shipments of sensitive IT end-user equipment.
  • Test, clean and organize returned IT hardware to prepare it for re-use or decommissioning.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records for audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reporting.
  • Asset Management: support the tracking, inventory, and management of IT end-user hardware assets, including laptops, mobile devices, lab-specific devices.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Intake requests from business functions to support infrastructure needs in both office and lab environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a heavy focus on customer excellence and service delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight and direction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or2+ years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu ofDiploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized workspace and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong grasp of basic security principles and practices as it pertains to a business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with asset tracking systems, shipment creation tools, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Coupa, UPS).
  • 1+ year of experience in IT asset management or logistics (biotech or regulated environment preferred.

Salary Range:

$51,000.00 - $81,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
