What You'll Do IronArch is seeking a Workflow Manager (Administrative Technician) to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position, Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with no travel required. The Workflow Manager will ensure the quality and timely management of staff packages in direct support of senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a military staff environment and/or direct experience with the Air Force's Task Management Tool (TMT). Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow and TMT tasks by receiving incoming packages or tasks, determining ownership, assigning tasks to action officers, and reviewing and processing them through executive administrative staff to the appropriate offices.
- Prepare a daily task listing with status updates for senior government client review and use.
- Maintain and update a status listing of all client organization tasks for presentation at weekly client staff meetings.
- Collaborate with the government client to resolve legacy overdue tasks and provide ongoing daily monitoring.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, division leads, and efficiency teams, including scheduling, travel coordination, event planning, and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
- Participate in business process re-engineering efforts for administrative processes and organizational transformation.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Tier 4 clearance
- Expertise in information/knowledge management, administrative transformation, or records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience supporting U.S. government clients or the Department of Defense (DoD) preferred
- Experience as an executive assistant in a corporate or government environment
- Active security clearance or recent NACI background investigation (within the last five years)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior client interaction and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work designated core hours consistently
