Description
Vedder Price's Chicago office is seeking a Project Assistant. This is a high-profile, entry-level position offering a unique opportunity to learn Finance and Transaction work from the ground up. As a project assistant you'll gain foundational knowledge and skills while providing task-based support to the paralegals who work directly with the attorneys. As the Project Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
