Job Title: Project Records Coordinator

Location: Trenton, NJ, 08625

Pay Rate: $25.96/hr. on W2 without benefits

Duration: Contract 12+ months

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) Lunch Period (unpaid): 30 minutes at either 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM (flexible)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.


Mandatory Skills/Certifications:

  • At least one year of experience in business administration, providing administrative support services, and/or coordinating work activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to compile, organize, review, and interpret data and materials.
  • Proficiency in preparing correspondence and documentation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage Public Contract Assistance email inbox.
  • Address project inquires and provide project research support.
  • Upload compliance review letters to the H2Loans website.
  • Maintain project records and electronic files for Public Contract Assistance.
  • Enhance, conduct, and develop in-house file archive tracking strategies and processes.
  • Review and log SED (Socially and Economically Disadvantaged) business participation monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Utilize program database for compliance analysis, conduct database updates and evaluate submittal accuracy and deficiencies.
  • Monitor project goal achievements and compile close-out materials.
  • Compile project status reports and distribute scheduled notifications to Project Sponsors.
