Director of Product Management, AI Enablement Platform

Your Role

The role supports Stellarus and related activities within the Ascendiun Family of Companies, as appropriate. The Technology Product and Platform team supports internal and external facing technology products and platforms. The Director of Product Management, AI Enablement Platform, will report to the Sr. Director of Technology Products and Platform. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure, governance frameworks, tools, and enablement programs that unlock responsible artificial intelligence (AI) innovation across the enterprise. This role blends technical leadership with enterprise strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to ethical and compliant AI practices. Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree/MBA is preferred or combination of relevant work experience and education
• Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience with deep product knowledge in Technology Platform/Product Management, Management Consulting, Technology Strategy, or Entrepreneurship, including 4 years of people management experience
• 5+ years of experience building enterprise software and or selling to enterprise customers in the AI / ML space
