Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with full cycle recruitment experience in healthcare and/or healthcare tech to join our team.

The Talent Acquisition Partner has primary responsibility for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing potential hires on various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to evaluate and select candidates that will thrive. A strategic thinker and program implementer, this role serves as an operational partner across teams and managers to support the organization in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource - its PEOPLE. As a member of the People & Culture team, the managers is focused on delivering quality customer service and are committed to recruit, develop, reward and retain our workforce.

Essential Duties

  • Forming strong partnerships with hiring managers and drive full-cycle recruitment that supports the industries best practices
  • Create and maintain open communication and partnerships with internal customers to understand staffing needs while providing an exceptional level of service to hiring leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Using innovative sourcing methods to build a diverse talent pool nationally across all functions
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies for sourcing candidates, including participation in industry affiliations and universities, to support diversity, equity and inclusions initiatives
  • Assist and evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of recruiting in relation to established goals
  • Meet established talent acquisition metrics, drive continuous process improvement
  • Ability to successfully manage high volume 15-25 job requisitions simultaneously with a quick time to fill.
  • Ensure proper and confidential protection of candidate data, recruiting and hiring practices comply with governmental regulations and company policy and procedure requirements.
  • Lead improvement project work to support version upgrades and enhancements to our ATS
  • Develops and creates weekly and monthly recruitment metric reports
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or relevant combination of education and experience
  • Must have 2-3 years of high volume full-cycle recruitment experience required
  • Experience recruiting for Healthcare IT roles is desired
  • Demonstrated experience using technology, social media (i.e.: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZoomInfo) and creative recruitment techniques to source candidates required.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate with others in a clear, understandable and professional manner on the phone, on video and in person; and demonstrate the use of good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Paylocity) required
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like culture.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Work Location and Travel Requirements

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position.

Base Pay Overview

The typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint, with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
