Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HR Systems & Reporting Specialist Specialist to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR Information Systems (HRIS). This role will ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data across multiple platforms while supporting compliance, reporting, and process optimization efforts. Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-business-unit environment. Familiarity with employee engagement survey tools and best practices. Advanced Excel skills or knowledge of data visualization tools. Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives in HR. Education:

The salary range is $52,900-92,600 with an anticipated hiring range of $60,000-72,000.
