The Senior Partnerships Manager will be part of a team of individuals responsible for leading highly visible, strategic marketing partnerships to drive value for our customers, enterprise and partners. This person will work closely with the Business Development team to support the growth of new partner relationships, as well as continue to nurture and cultivate existing partnerships to deliver maximum value for company. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and steering effective strategic partnerships, serving as the day-to-day contact for partners across the Marketing organization. This individual will also work cross-functionally to bring our strategic partnerships to life. Additionally, the individual will support highly strategic projects for the business and work collaboratively with internal collaborators and partners to solve problems related to the success of existing or new lines of business.Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
