Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and execution-driven Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead initiatives that elevate the Metro brand. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and execution - flawless for a multifaceted professional who thrives in crafting structure from ambiguity and driving cross-functional teamwork.
This individual will lead the development and execution of Metro's evergreen brand strategy and messaging, ensuring it consistently comes to life across all owned channels, including retail and web. You will serve as a key steward of the brand, building strategies, messaging, and experiences that resonate deeply with our customers and drive measurable business impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate insights from market trends, customer behavior, competitive analysis, and channel performance into actionable plans.
- Lead the evergreen brand strategy and messaging for Metro, ensuring it is clear, compelling, and consistently applied across all customer touchpoints, including retail environments, web, and other owned channels.
- Develop and implement coordinated marketing strategies that support business goals and customer engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Consumer Insights, Marketing, Creative, Retail Merchandising, and additional partners to bring strategies to life.
- Drive cross-functional team alignment and execution for coordinated campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Bring transparency and structure to fast-paced, evolving environments, rallying teams around shared goals and delivering results.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 7+ years Marketing experience in authoring and implementing national integrated marketing plans with recognized B2C brands (Required)
- 2+ years Delivering Omni/Multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Digital Marketing- solid understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc. Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is crucial. (Required)
- Consumer Insights Outstanding experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc. (Required)
- Leadership Campaign leadership skills - end to end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a Multi-channel/Omni-channel environment. (Required)
- Validated experience in commercial and strategic marketing roles, with strong executional track records
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across functions without direct authority
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen ability to synthesize sophisticated inputs into actionable plans
- Skilled at operating in ambiguous environments and building scalable structures and frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong storytelling and brand building
- Experience managing or supporting omnichannel marketing efforts, especially in retail and digital environments
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Base Pay Range: $109,200 - $196,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
