Description
Macmillan is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused [Contract] Author Care Royalties Coordinator. This crucial role will involve managing a high volume of email correspondence, providing clear and accurate information regarding royalty statements, payments, and related processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of financial details, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with our valued authors and agents. Responsibilities: Qualifications: This contract role will have an hourly rate of $25-30/hour and be onboarded/paid through Noor Staffing.
